about

the musical style of 'a guide to misinterpreting the past' is hard to describe. it was composed and performed by someone you probably have never heard of. most of the music contains no discernible melody. or maybe it is all melody. it all depends on the way to which it is listened. it is simultaneously simple and complex, dissonant and beautiful, precise and emotional.
